Testimonials

What founders say about working with me.

“Our accuracy had been stuck for months. We had the data, we had a model, and no idea what to try next. Suraj did not hand us a roadmap. He sat with the team and made us systematic — how to define a dataset, when to retrain, how to choose a model and why. Three months later the module went from 43% to 93%. Then the calls started coming in: enterprise deals we could not have had before.”

Deep MehtaCo-founder, Toothlens

“I had spent two years building something I believed in, and I could not get it to move. Not for lack of effort. For lack of clarity. One month with Suraj and I could finally see it — who my users were, what they actually needed, and what to build first. Two months later I was ready for market. In the third month I launched. Users came. And revenue, which until then I had only imagined, started showing up.”

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

I am not sure what is actually wrong with my product.

That is the normal starting point, and it is the reason to book rather than a reason to wait. Most founders can feel that something is off but cannot name it — if you could name it, you would have fixed it already. Working out what is actually wrong is the job, not something you need to bring with you.

What actually happens on the call?

You answer a few questions beforehand, so I arrive already knowing your product instead of spending the call catching up. Then we talk for 30 minutes about your product, your users, and where it is stuck. By the end you will know whether I can help, and I will say so plainly if I cannot. Nothing is locked in.

I have been burned by an agency before.

So has almost everyone I work with. The difference is that I am one person you can hold accountable, not a rotating team you never meet. And you are not committing to anything to find out — the call costs nothing and ends with a straight answer either way.

I already have developers. Why do I need you?

Your developers build what they are asked to build. The hard part sits upstream of them: what to build, for whom, and in what order — and that is nobody’s job on an engineering team. I make those calls with you and stay to see them through, rather than handing you a document and leaving.

I am not technical. How will I know your work is any good?

You will not have to take anything on faith. Everything I find goes in writing, in plain language, ranked by what it is costing you — no jargon you would have to trust me on. If it does not tell you something you did not already know about your own product, say so.

What does it cost?

The call is free. Anything beyond it is paid, and I will not put a number on your product before I have seen it — quoting blind is how founders end up paying for the wrong work. You will have the number before you commit to anything.

What if it turns out not to be worth it?

Then the Product Audit costs you nothing — you get your money back in full, and you are the one who decides whether it was worth it. That is what the audit is for: it is how you find out whether working with me is worth anything to you, without carrying the risk of finding out. Beyond that, you are never locked in. You can end any engagement whenever you want and pay only for the work already done.

How I work with you

Pick the engagement that fits.

Everything starts with the same call. Where it goes after that is your call, not mine.

The audit is where we find out which branch is yours.
